What WriteFluent collects

WriteFluent stores the account information you provide, such as your email address, display name, authentication method, learner profile, practice language, level, and topic goals.

If you choose to save sessions, WriteFluent stores your prompts, drafts, AI feedback, revised drafts, saved phrases, phrase review progress, usage events, and basic operational logs.

How writing data is used

Your drafts are used to generate language coaching, corrections, revised feedback, mistake patterns, recommendations, and usage summaries. WriteFluent sends writing content to configured AI providers only to provide these product features.

The do not save this session option lets you receive feedback without adding that session to your saved history. AI usage and operational logs may still be recorded to keep the service reliable and enforce usage limits.

Retention and deletion

You can choose a session retention window from your Progress settings. When a retention window is set, saved practice sessions older than that window are removed the next time your session history is loaded.

You can export your account data or delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes your profile, saved sessions, saved phrases, AI usage events, auth sessions, and account record from WriteFluent storage.

Security and access

WriteFluent scopes profile, session, phrase, and usage records to the signed-in user. Production storage is designed around Supabase/Postgres row-level security and server-side access controls.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or writing data has been exposed, contact the operator of your WriteFluent deployment.

Future paid plans

WriteFluent may add paid plans. If billing is enabled, payment processing should be handled by a payment provider, and WriteFluent should store only the billing identifiers needed to manage plan access.
