WriteFluent Terms of Service

Using WriteFluent

WriteFluent helps language learners practice written communication with realistic prompts, AI feedback, revision support, saved phrases, and progress tracking. You are responsible for the writing you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

AI feedback

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific context. Treat corrections, translations, scores, phrase suggestions, and recommendations as learning support rather than professional, legal, medical, financial, immigration, or academic advice.

You should review important writing yourself or with a qualified human before sending it in a high-stakes context.

Acceptable use

Do not use WriteFluent to create, request, store, or distribute abusive, exploitative, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access another user account data, reverse engineer private service behavior, or interfere with the service.

Plans and limits

WriteFluent may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits. Current usage caps may restrict AI messages when a plan or deployment reaches its configured daily message limit. Paid billing terms should be shown before any paid plan is activated.

Your data controls

You can choose whether to save individual practice sessions, set a retention window for saved sessions, export your account data, and delete your account. Deleting your account removes saved learning data from WriteFluent storage, subject to any backup or provider retention outside the direct control of the app.

Availability and changes

WriteFluent may change, pause, or discontinue features, especially during private beta or early access. These terms and the privacy policy may be updated as billing, mobile apps, or provider integrations are added.

Contact

For support, billing questions, or terms questions, contact the operator of your WriteFluent deployment.
